Boxing: Pacquiao-Hatton By Benny Austria It's been over two weeks and I still can't get over it! Simply, it is hard to believe that Ricky Hatton went down that way in two rounds! Knocked-down twice in the first round and finally KNOCKED-OUT in the last seconds of the second round! Why was I for Ricky Hatton than for Manny Pacquiao? * I did not like his "antics" of trying to move TV rights to another TV station * Pacquiao had to lose 7 pounds just before the fight; a similar factor why dela Hoya & Marquez lost to him * Hatton has proved himself in that weight division * It is just the second fight of Pacquiao on that weight division I was happy because a Filipino that made something unprecedented but not because it was Pacquiao! He might not be aware of it but his fame and glory could have gone to his head. He should realize that his skill is in sports and not in politics! Maybe he thinks he now has the money that works with politics. He might be able to hire top-rate advisers but his rationality could be obscured their individual interests! His decisions, if ever he gets to be a government official, could be just as bad when he attempted to jump from one TV station to a close competing TV Station.
